I know we sent out a lot of info up front and I apologize, however from doing these challenges before, everyone always has a million questions and feels like they don’t have access to all the info- so I now give all the info up front and take 5 minutes to tie everything together in this post.
All you need to focus on is this:
Workout as often and as hard as you can with a Myzone Belt on. Log your nutrition on My Fitness Pal and if you care to, comment on any Facebook videos you see to earn steals or safeties. (Don’t worry too much about this if you don’t like social media, if you get awarded one, I will totally explain things to you as it happens)
That’s it. We just told you how you get extra points for strength so you don’t have to worry about taking a strength class, but WE do the math. We told you about being over 70% so no one drives to work with a belt on thinking it gets them points, lol.
