In a perfect world, everyone would have the motivation necessary to exercise regularly.  Sadly, as you probably know, this is not always the case. For a great many people, the gravitational pull of the couch is so great that it’s hard, if not impossible, to get off your butt and get out the door to workout – even though you know you should.

Personal training is for everyone, from elite athletes to housewives, and we have client’s ranging from 17 to 70, all of whom are fitter, stronger and leaner than ever before as a result of our innovative approach to exercise. Irrespective of our client’s individual goals, they have one thing in common: Success.

Before you hit the gym, our PTs will perform a screening process that assesses your strengths and weaknesses, take into account your exercise likes and dislikes, and take a medical and exercise history so they can design the perfect program for you. You will also receive as a part of your membership, a personal nutrition coach who will interact with you daily, instruction on what you should be doing in between workouts to maximize your progress,  and of course all the support and motivation you could possibly need.

Another benefit of working with a PT is that every exercise you perform is specifically selected so it is right for you.  We don’t believe in pouring fitness onto dysfunction, so if there are past injuries, we will write a program to either avoid certain movements depending on the issue, or get you stronger within certain movement patterns to gain function that may have been lost for years.  We do what’s right for your individual needs, not throwing exercises at you that are inappropriate or damaging, but exercises that build up and strengthen your unique body type….all while being the encouragement you need in order to work to your full potential.  We will also track your progress every 4-6 weeks on our high tech InBody Fat Monitor Scale, make regular changes to your program to keep you moving forward, and prevent you from being bored and hitting those infamous plateaus.

We have some amazing workout tools for you to use from traditional weights to kettlebells, tractor tires, battle ropes, punching bags, and lots of other fun and innovative ways to get you in great shape.
