Lake Norman Boot Camps
In the military, boot camp is a life changing experience. It turns boys into men and men into some of the best soldiers in the world. While we don’t promise to make you a super soldier, we do promise that you’ll never look at exercise the same way after you’ve been to RAW Fitness boot camp!
If you are BORED of the same old exercises, need a CHALLENGING workout to drive your fitness to new heights or simply want to BREAK AWAY from the pack and try something new – then boot camp is for you.
One of the best things about boot camp is that you are part of a team whose only goal is to get as fit and strong as possible. While it’s not competitive, working out alongside a fellow boot camper really motivates you to give it your all.
And then, there are the instructors. Each one of our trainers is specially trained to deliver the absolute best boot camp experience. From start to finish, they will lead you through one of the most challenging and fun workouts you could possibly imagine using some fantastic exercises and workout equipment.
If you have tried boot camp elsewhere, you’ll be amazed at just how much our instructors put into each workout – not just in terms of exercises but energy. They know the best way to get the best from you is to lead from the front!
Each workout is designed to be challenging but also achievable. Your instructor will modify the exercises so they are just right for you. Like a good drill instructor, your trainer knows when to push you, for how long and how hard. You’ll never be asked to do anything that you aren’t ready for but you WILL discover just how hard you can actually work out!
At a boot camp you can expect to use:
• Battling ropes
• Strong man-style training equipment
• Tractor tires
• Bungee ropes
• Other members of the group (!)
• Plus anything else your trainer decides to through into the mix
Boot camp isn’t some mindless, monotonous workout that is designed to simply tone a few select muscles or burn a few calories. It’s the ULTIMATE combination of fun, effective exercises and maximal motivation. This type of workout is for almost every exerciser – young or old, fat or fit – everyone who tries boot camp comes back again and again.
