Why a comeback?

If you’re looking for a gym where a bunch of guys are hogging all the space in front of the dumbbells while taking selfies of their abs, you will be very disappointed at Raw Fitness.

We use personal training, small group fitness classes and nutrition coaching to help everyday people who have challenges, struggles and frustrations with their health and fitness.

Our typical member usually shows a good bit of discipline in most areas of life, there’s just a little disconnect when it comes to health and fitness.

Perhaps you too struggle with the motivation to get to the gym consistently.

Or you’re an emotional eater, or lack dietary discipline.

Maybe your life is so busy that you don’t have the time or energy to to allot to your health and fitness.

Personal Training


Personal training is for everyone, from elite athletes to housewives. We have clients from 17 to 70 – all of whom are fitter, stronger and leaner than ever before – as a result of our innovative approach to exercise. Irrespective of our client’s individual goals, they have one thing in common: Success.


When you get started a trainer will assess your strengths and weaknesses, take into account your exercise likes and dislikes, and take a medical and exercise history so they can design the perfect program for you. You’ll get advice on nutrition, what you can do between workouts to maximize your progress and, of course, all the support and motivation you could possibly need.

No more endless, boring cardio routines and frustration over spending all that time huffing and puffing without the results to show for it!

Metabolic training works your whole body. Add our MyZone heart rate monitoring and you have the ability to see how hard you are working out compared with everyone in the class.

You’ll also enjoy working with a team of experts who also have some pretty great personalities, if we do say so ourselves. No boredom, only Results!

“Today I did a pull-up, actually a few of them!!! It was one of the best feelings in the world, not just because I did it, but because I wasn’t sure I would ever be able to do one again. I came to Raw Fitness just over a year ago, struggling with a shoulder injury that was just the latest in a series of injuries that had been accumulating over the last several years.
