Our soccer fitness training has 3 goals:
- Drastically reduce the number of injuries incurred on the pitch
- Enhance performance (multi-directional speed, agility, quickness, strength, conditioning, and confidence)
- Help soccer players fall in love with the process of achieving more through sound morals and hard work
Every athlete is individually screened for movement dysfunction and compensation patterns and classes are 90 minutes, 3 times a week. Sign up today.
