Stay Grateful


Discontent is a slippery slope.

Often we think if we get disgusted enough with our behaviors then we will muster up the will to overcome, but often this doesn’t work.

Our discontented state wears us out and leads us to frustration at every inevitable obstacle.

Instead, focus on what you have to be grateful for.

Do you have a functioning body that you can exercise?

Do you have a Comeback Community around you that would love to see you succeed?

Do have an opportunity to start over again today?

Ride the train of that positivity to a healthier, fitter you!
