The No Equipment, No Time, No Excuses Workout


I will keep the post short today guys. Here is a 4 minute follow along workout that is sure to get your metabolism revving. Tabata training is a workout protocol of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest done for 8 rounds.
